if you have received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged and you would like a replacement, simply take a quick photo of the item and send an email to hello [at] plastiqueshop [dot] com. a replacement item will be sent free of charge as promptly as possible. you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

if you have received the correct item but would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please send an email to hello [at] plastiqueshop [dot] com stating what you'd like to exchange. all exchanges must be made within 14 days of order arrival date and will be fulfilled according to availability at the time of exchange request. exchanged items will be sent out to you at your expense once the original item has been received. after we have received your email request to exchange the item, you will be sent a link to pay the additional shipping fee.

when you send back your item for exchange, it is recommended that you send it via insured/certified mail or using a method delivery confirmation. plastique* is not responsible if your exchanged item is lost in the mail back to us, so please make sure you have a way to track your package.

plastique* only offers refunds to those who have received the wrong item or a damaged item and would not like a replacement. if this is the case, simply take a quick photo of the item and send an email to hello [at] plastiqueshop [dot] com. once we have received the email we go ahead and process your refund via paypal.
