all items are shipped via USPS first class mail in a box and padded mailer.
DOMESTIC shipping includes delivery confirmation which allows the package to be tracked online here.
INTERNATIONAL shipping does NOT include delivery confirmation due to costs. as a result we cannot guarantee time of delivery or provide tracking information. if you would like delivery with tracking please send an email to hello [at] plastiqueshop [dot] com and we will send you a shipping price quote. do note that international delivery with tracking starts at $28. also note that it is possible for international orders to be subject to CUSTOMS DUTIES in your respective country which plastique* is not responsible for. this does not happen often but some customers have mentioned they had to pay extra fees for their package. i apologize i advance but cannot be held responsible for such fees.
we aim to ship all packages within 5 business days after the item(s) have been paid for. during high volume times, shipping may take more than 5 days. our apologies in advance for this inconvenience. if you need a faster method of shipment such as priority or express shipping, please send an email to hello [at] plastiqueshop [dot] com and we will arrange a shipping method that works best for you. additional fees will apply.
once the item has shipped, normal delivery within the US is usually between 1 and 5 business days. if you would like your delivery confirmation number to track your package, please send an email to hello [at] plastiqueshop [dot] com. delivery to international locations can vary depending on location, customs, etc. please allow ample time depending on your familiarity with shipping from the US to your particular location. in some cases shipping could take up to 3-4 weeks.
items are shipped using the address provided on the paypal invoice. please make sure your paypal address is correct and up to date. plastique* is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address because it was listed incorrectly. if you are having an item shipped as a gift to someone else, please send an email to hello [at] plastiqueshop [dot] com stating your order, the message/note you would like accompanied with your gift order, and the address to ship the item(s) to. the invoice slip will be removed from the package.
